Q: How long does it take to get my registration e-mail?
A: This typically takes under a minute.

Q: I never got my registration confirmation e-mail. What now?
A: Check your junk mail folder. Some e-mail providers mark it as junk.
If you run into trouble and just can't seem to get the e-mail send a message to admin@tabletopbmx.com

Q: How do I quickly see all new posts?
A: A really easy way is to click on the "Today's Posts" icon at the bottom of the main page.
The results screen will show you all of the posts that have been made today. You can also change the criteria to look for other types of posts in different forums.

So, if you like to try to keep on top of everything that's going on - this might be the screen for you.

Q: How do I use the spell check feature? It tells me that IeSpell is not detected?
A: IE users can download IESpell for free at the following link: http://www.iespell.com/download.php
This software will help spell check your post so that you can impress all of us with your superior speeeling skills.

Q: I want to upload pictures of my entire bike collection. Where should I do this?
A: Do this in the photo galleries! Access the Bike Collections gallery and hit "Add Album". You can start uploading pictures of your bikes that people can rate and comment on.

Q: How do I put an image in my post?
A: There are a couple of ways but both require having the URL to the image. One way is to do the following:
Type in:

[img]THE URL TO YOUR IMAGE[/img]

The other way is to just click the little image icon in the message tools and provide the URL to your image.

Q: How do I get my location (City, State, Country etc) to show up under my avatar in my posts?
A: Go to your profile and fill in a value in the "From" field!

Q: How do I upload an avatar? (The picture that shows up by your name when you post)
A: You do this in your profile. Go to the control panel. Scroll down until you see the "My Avatar" section. You can upload one or choose from some predefined ones. The size limit on a personal Avatar is 50K.

Q: What is everyone currently on the board doing?
A: You can see what people are up to by scrolling down to the bottom of the main page and clicking on the Active Users bar. This will show you who's on and what they are doing.

Q: Can you save wear and tear on my fingers?
A: Why yes, yes we can. Instead of typing out www.tabletopbmx.com just use ttbmx.com

Q: Why can't I delete my own posts?
A: Since there is a lot of buying, selling, trading etc going on - we don't allow posts to be deleted. You CAN edit your post. However, please note that when you edit your post in the "For Sale" section - a revision is stored and everyone can see what you originally posted. This is to make sure there are no communication breakdowns during a sale.

Q: How Do I use Chat?
A: If you are logged into the board, you can just click the link at the top menu bar. If you get an "authentication failed" message - log out of the board and then log back in but make SURE that you check the box that says "save as cookie". That ought to do it.
