All I can say is watch out for the Attorney General bacause Federal Mail Fraud charges ain't no joke!! It is a pretty cut and dry process and they do the majority of the work, you just give them all the information and they take it from there!! The small claims process is just you filing your claim and showing up and stating your case against him!! Then they rule and take care of what ever they need to do to try and make it right on your behalf!! Good Luck Don, you are in for a roller coaster ride like you have never been on if Badmofo goes through with this process. You should have just manned up to your sale!!

Online Auction Buyer Demand Letter

which kinda goes over the whole story in a nut shell. I think it's a technicality to send it.
